BSP-TE/W Thermoelectric Micro-Power Source (Watt-Level) 

The BSP-TE/W Watt-Level Thermovoltaic Micro Power Module harvests thermal energy from heat sources and integrates energy storage technology to charge lithium-ion batteries, thin-film batteries, and supercapacitors. It is designed as a power solution for industrial, commercial, and oil & gas sectors, meeting the electrical demands of small devices such as sensors, actuators, and communication modules. It delivers stable, continuous watt-level power output at 5–24 V and 80–200 mA, eliminating the need for wiring and battery replacement.

BSP-TE/mW1 Thermoelectric Micro-Power Source (Milliwatt Level) 

The BSP-TE/mW1 Milliwatt-Level Thermovoltaic Micro Power Module features a PMIC capable of harvesting input voltages as low as 0.2 V with ultra-low quiescent current of 500 nA, providing self-powered operation for on-site sensor monitoring. Depending on sensor power consumption, it can supply direct power or charge an energy storage battery, enabling long-term, battery-free operation.
