The Self-Cooling Temperature Sensing Rod is a detector featuring active heat dissipation and temperature monitoring, designed for material piles with self-heating risks. It provides passive heat dissipation to slow internal temperature rise and prevent hot spot formation, while enabling real-time internal temperature monitoring with three-stage pre-alarm capability.
The BSP-TPM series is a portable, pointed tip design,passive, wireless, and intrinsically safe solution suitable for broad application across various bulk material storage scenarios prone to heat accumulation.

Product features:

Passive Superconducting Cooling

A gravity-driven superthermal pipe using a water-based organic low-temperature phase-change medium as the detector immediately and autonomously dissipates heat to the outside when the temperature inside the material pile exceeds the ambient temperature by more than 1℃. 
The dual-fin structure featuring longitudinal straight fins and spiral fins in both horizontal and vertical flow channels, treated with a special long-wave radiation heat dissipation coating, offers even more efficient heat dissipation.

Power-free design

By employing semiconductor thermoelectric power generation technology, when the temperature difference exceeds 5℃, a microcurrent is generated and, after being processed by a PMIC, provides self-powering, enabling passive wireless operation with intrinsic safety.

Wireless Networking Temperature Measurement

Using modern IoT wireless technology to build a network, it enables real-time monitoring of the actual temperature inside material piles and implements three-level pre-alarm alerts.

Temperature data is transmitted wirelessly and networked to enable data acquisition, analysis, and visualized monitoring.
The data processing system includes a local server as standard—an independent data storage center dedicated to data warehousing and big data analytics for the coal pile self-cooling temperature control and early warning system. It provides users with data logging, statistical analysis, and query functions.
An optional industrial-grade IoT cloud platform enables wireless remote access and monitoring, compatible with PCs, smartphones, tablets, and other terminal devices.
Customizable alarm threshold settings, notification recipients, and delivery methods are available as an option.
A reserved interface for linked alarm handling provides signal output for intelligent associative mitigation measures.
