Solar Combined Heat and Power (Up to 80% Overall Solar Utilization Efficiency)
To address the substantial waste heat generated during photovoltaic power production, we have innovatively developed the Photovoltaic Heat Pipe Collector. This product efficiently captures and manages thermal energy from the PV backsheet, reducing PV module operating temperatures and boosting electricity generation by 5–15%.
The captured heat is directly converted into hot water, suitable for a wide range of applications including domestic hot water (60°C), radiant floor heating (40°C), swimming pools, and agricultural/aquaculture water heating (28°C). Through combined heat and power generation, overall solar utilization efficiency is elevated to approximately 80%, generating additional economic returns for PV installations and advancing sustainable green energy development.
